Our in-house dental plans give you the care you need for one yearly fee. There are no deductibles, waiting periods or maximums.
- Adult plan (18 and older): $550 a year
- Child plan (17 and younger): $475 a year
- Periodontal plan: $950 a year
Every plan includes unlimited x-rays, unlimited emergency visits and 15% off additional treatment.

Dr. Jacobson earned his DDS at Marquette University and opened his Grand Junction practice in 2004. He’s a member of the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association and Delta Sigma Delta. His team includes hygienist Jody, who has worked with him since he opened.

Where are you located and when are you open?
We’re at 2525 N 8th Street, Suite 107, Grand Junction, CO 81501. We’re open Monday through Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on alternating Thursdays and Fridays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We’re closed on weekends.
